Supervise frontend staff to ensure service standards are being maintained Oversee register coverage and store supply usage Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and addressing any issues Understand, train and promote company programs and initiatives (Pro, RPP, financing, survey, fundraising) Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly 1 year of retail experience ~1 year of experience in team supervision ~ If selected for an interview, please advise our Store team if you require accommodation during the interview and assessment process and we will work with you to meet your accessibility needs.
