POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Cité Rive Residence is located on the banks of the Rivière des Prairies, in the borough of the same name. It is a residential complex comprising 5 towers, with 850 apartments distributed throughout. Cité-Rive is currently offering a permanent position for a creative and passionate chef who wants to provide an exceptional culinary experience for residents.

This is a full-time, permanent position, 40 hours per week, with daytime hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and one weekend out of two.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES





- Do lunch and evening service depending on the shift - Ensure that food is served adequately and hot - Partially manage inventories - Participate in cleaning common areas - Prepare upcoming menus Food Services - Assemble plates of food - Contribute to the teams efforts to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dinning room(s) - Ensure and optimize quality standards in the use of food - Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards - Perform meal preparation while supervising and mobilizing staff in the kitchen - Perform other related duties - Take inventory of service materials and while adhering to the budgets, proceed with procurement if necessary EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good team player - A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in institutional cuisine or equivelent - 5 years of relevant experience in catering BENEFITS:
