We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head /Team Trainer to lead, inspire, and elevate our culinary and service teams. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, food safety, and service standards.
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to food handling protocols, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
- Lead by example in food preparation and serving practices to uphold quality and consistency across all menu items.
- Manage team schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and monitor performance to foster a motivated and cohesive work environment.
- Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance,



providing constructive feedback and coaching to support qualified growth.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food industry standards and hospitality practices.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to optimize workflow, improve service delivery, and enhance overall guest experience.

Skills

- Proven supervising experience within the food service or restaurant industry.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations with hands-on kitchen experience.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff effectively.
- Deep understanding of food safety protocols, handling procedures, and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrated leadership in restaurant management or hospitality environments.
- Knowledge of food industry trends, customer service excellence, and serving best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to train diverse teams clearly and confidently.
