Outcape is hiring Experienced Foremen for our Edmundston and Dartmouth crews.

About Outcape Outcape is a full-building envelope company with teams across Atlantic Canada. Operating from the experience of Atlantic Roofers, North Shore Roofing, Atlantic MetaClad, and Hampton Building Systems, we bring roofing, cladding, glazing, steel building systems, fabrication, and service work together under one coordinated team.

Job Summary This role supports commercial roofing projects through installation, repair, maintenance, and safe job-site execution.

Responsibilities

Organizing and loading construction materials, and moving them to work areas

Successfully directing the crews in planning, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule and budget.

Must possess the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage and professionally interact with the client.





This individual will work closely with the Project Manager and fulfill an integral role on the project

What We’re Looking For

2-3 years of proven experience as construction foreman

In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines

Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints

Excellent organizational, problem-solving and leadership skills

Ability to communicate and report effectively

Aptitude in math

Good physical condition and stamina

Ability to work at heights

Able to acquire all safety training and accreditation (we will provide safety training specific to our work).
