Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review client documentation for accuracy
• Coordinate and track onboarding processes and requests
• Support clients by addressing inquiries via phone and email




• Maintain up-to-date client records in the CRM system
• Liaise with custodians on operational matters
Requirements:
• Completion of Canadian Investment Funds Course or equivalent
• 1-2 years’ experience in a related workplace
• Understanding of financial advisory regulations
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
• Excellent client service and communication skills
