Key Responsibilities:
• Establish a clear 1-3 year roadmap for Shared Services
• Create comprehensive architectural design documents
• Provide estimates for technical resources needed




• Ensure successful execution of platformization projects
• Deliver well-tested features achieving quick engineering throughput
Requirements:
• Experience driving software delivery and operational excellence
• Strong background in architecting complex systems
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Significant experience in distributed systems and debugging
• Proven ability to mentor engineers
