Position Description

As our Shipper/Receiver, you will work along with our Branch Manager to coordinate and prioritize incoming repairs. The candidate will have excellent computer skills and be self‑motivated to get the job done with little supervision.

What You Will Do

- Receive and verify all parts, accessories, and repair orders
- Ship all completed repairs on the same day




- Maintain an efficient repair queue and prioritize key customers
- Complete instant repair/replacements
- Perform inventory cycle counts
- Maintain an extremely organized and safe work environment within the warehouse
- Work overtime as expected with this role
- Other duties as required

What You Will Bring

- Minimum Education – High School Diploma
- Shipping/Receiving experience
- Self‑driven with a passion to perform at your best every day
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail‑oriented with excellent key‑entry speed and accuracy
- Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook
