Our client is seeking a Plant Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing processes. The role focuses on troubleshooting complex machinery and implementing Lean manufacturing techniques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will manage capital equipment projects and improve workflows to enhance product quality.

Key Responsibilities:



• Evaluate and enhance manufacturing processes for efficiency • Purchase and oversee current equipment implementation • Conduct time studies to improve productivity • Design plant layouts using AutoCAD • Lead value stream mapping for process improvements

Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering • 3-5 years in manufacturing or assembly • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma practices • Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) • Strong leadership and communication skills
