As a vital link in the HR team, you will directly report to the Superintendent of Human Resources. This role supports leaders by implementing HR policies and initiatives, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and performance. You will play a key role in various HR functions at this growing mine location, facilitating change and providing strategic support.

Key Responsibilities: • Act as the HR point of contact for all business-related matters • Advise leaders on HR issues,



including policy interpretation • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Support the administration of HR programs like compensation and advantages • Drive organizational change and implement strategic initiatives

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or Commerce • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a similar role • Experience in recruitment and employee relations required • CHRP designation or Master's degree preferred • Familiarity with remote operational environments is an asset
