Job type—Contract of 8 months of contractKey Responsibilities:Providing step-by-step guidance for specific production accounting tasks within the applicationPerforming initial diagnosis and assisting in resolving incidents using the knowledge baseAccurately diagnosing and resolving predefined incident typesResponding to emails in a timely and qualified mannerProviding clients with relevant contact numbers when requiredSharing contact information for government ministries and industry bodiesAssisting clients in navigating various government web pagesApplication Testing Support:Assisting in testing the monthly release of the applicationCreating test casesExecuting test cases and recording resultsIncident Management:Using incident management tools to document client interactionsAssigning issues to second-level Subject Matter Experts when necessaryTracking trends and escalating recurring issues to managementKeeping clients informed on the status of their issuesQualifications & Requirements:Registration in or completion of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Production Accounting (CAPPA)
