As Northern Regional Manager, youll play a key role in connecting northern communities by providing hands-on leadership across our northern operations, supporting frontline teams, and ensuring safe, reliable service throughout the network. Reports to: Director of Ground Operations
Location: Whitehorse, Yukon
Travel: Frequent travel to northern outstations
In this role, you will provide practical, visible leadership across Air North’s northern operation. You will work with station teams, contractors, vendors, airport authorities, local communities, and internal departments to keep the operation moving safely and reliably.
You do not need to have followed one perfect career path to be successful in this role. We are looking for a grounded, safety-minded leader who understands operational standards, communicates well,
