Be part of the Child and Family Services team as an Early Childhood Educator II at Elspeth Reid Family Resource Centre in Brandon. This term position runs full-time from September 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
In this role, you will supervise and support children, guide parents, and foster a nurturing environment at our center. Your participation in designing educational activities will greatly enhance family engagement. This role requires effective communication skills and compassion. A Manitoba Class 4 Driver's License is necessary for transporting children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee children's safety and development during activities
• Design enriching parent-child programs and workshops
• Provide guidance to casual childcare staff members




• Foster positive communication with parents and families
• Manage transportation for children attending programs
Requirements:
• Early Childhood Educator II diploma required
• Experience working with infants and preschoolers
• Must obtain Manitoba Class 4 Driver's License
• Certification in First Aid and CPR from a recognized institute
• Solid teamwork and communication abilities
