Focusing on change management and organization effectiveness, you will lead initiatives that support employee learning across a diverse client base. Your role will be vital in implementing strategies that align with the City’s corporate priorities, enhancing workforce capabilities and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement change management frameworks for program adaptations
• Lead change management activities for cross-functional initiatives
• Design and facilitate workshops and team sessions for employee input




• Translate findings into actionable recommendations and learning solutions
• Develop content for change communication and updates
Requirements:
• Degree in Change Management, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
• Profound knowledge of change management practices
• Experience in supporting corporate transformation initiatives
• Strong skills in diagnosing and delivering organizational development
