The successful candidate in this role will need toestablisha robust relationship with assigned clientele and respond to any technical / business related inquiries. The role will be pivotal in empowering the customer and ensuring allfacetsof the application are being used to advance their business and to driveIrthrevenue.Responsibilities – External - CustomerFacing(80% of role) & Internal (20% of role):Develop a thorough understanding ofIrth – Asset Integrity for Pipelines products to successfully implement, configure, and trainnew users.Project management – ability toconfidently and successfully manage project deliverables,
