The role, based in Toronto with four days in office and Fridays remote, requires strong corporate and M&A; experience and Ontario Bar admission. You will lead the Legal & Risk function, advise senior leadership, handle complex governance matters, and oversee regulatory issues in a fast-paced workplace. Exceptional business judgment and leadership are essential.
