As a Senior Staff Systems Engineer, you'll leverage your extensive experience (5+ years) in ASIC design and validation, working with advanced engineering technologies at Qualcomm’s ASICS Engineering Group. Your expertise in low power, high-quality designs will direct the development and optimization of critical SERDES systems and enable the execution of cutting-edge innovations in communication technologies.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct simulations for high-speed wireline analog systems • Develop and document architectural specs for SERDES standards • Enhance design processes for analog and validation through tool development • Utilize machine learning for optimization tasks • Collaborate across teams to correlate design models with silicon performance

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in SERDES block modeling • Strong MATLAB, C/C++, Python skills • Knowledge of PCIe and Ethernet standards • Master’s or PhD in Engineering preferred • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
