About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Community Giving and Operations. This senior executive leader will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, operational excellence, and fundraising innovation across various channels. The role involves strategic leadership in aligning community giving, events, annual giving, digital fundraising, and community partnerships with organizational priorities. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of strategies to expand donor and community engagement, strengthen fundraising performance, and support long-term organizational growth. As a member of the Executive Committee,



the Vice President will provide enterprise leadership in strategic planning, business intelligence, and technology-enabled fundraising, ensuring that all initiatives are in line with the company's goals and sustainability objectives.

Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in fundraising, operations, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering significant philanthropic revenue. The role requires strong expertise in operational planning, financial management, and data-informed decision-making, as well as the ability to lead transformation and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. Deep knowledge of fundraising platforms and data-driven strategies is essential.
