We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Supply Chain Operations Lead to oversee daily supply chain operations and support a team of analysts. This role is responsible for reviewing and validating analyses, proactively identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and supporting both strategic and operational decision-making across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team ManagementReview and ensure analysts' deliverables are accurate, clear, and ready for Senior Management reviewGuide and support Supply Chain Analysts across teams, ensuring high-quality outputs and alignment with business prioritiesOversee and manage 3PL warehouses and storage operationsDrive operational efficiency and achieve cost savings through vendor oversight and negotiationDemand Planning, Inventory & Performance ManagementOversee and validate demand forecasts and inventory reports prior to Senior Management submissionCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize inventory levels and ensure stock accuracyCoordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryManage supply chain budgets and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reductionSupply Chain Collaboration & Partner SupportBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners, including 3PLs, suppliers, distributors, and retail locationsNegotiate contracts, pricing,
and service-level agreements with vendors and logistics partnersConduct supplier and partner performance evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiativesIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities within the supply chainProvide actionable, data-driven recommendations to support Senior Management decision-makingDeliver insights to support product pricing strategies, cost optimization, and overall business performanceCompliance, Risk & Continuous ImprovementEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Preventive Control Plans (PCP), Federal Plastics Registry, and Blue Box recycling obligationsDevelop mitigation and contingency plans for potential supply chain disruptionsDemonstrate accountability, challenge assumptions thoughtfully, and continuously improve processes using data-driven insightsOther DutiesPerform additional responsibilities as required to support the Supply Chain functionQualifications & Requirements7+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, operations, strategy, or supervisory rolesExperience in retail or food service environments is preferredProven experience supervising, mentoring, and developing teamsAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel and Power BIHands-on experience with ERP and POS systemsStrong communication skills; highly detail-oriented,proactive, and solutions-focusedCommitment to Equity & AccessibilityWe are an equal prospect employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
