About The Finance Team The

Finance team ensures affirm remains financially sound and strategically positioned for growth. Our team manages financial planning, accounting, pricing, vendor management, tax, investor relations, and corporate development. We deliver timely insights, accurate reporting, and careful analysis to support decision‑making.

From day‑to‑day financial operations to major investments, we enable sustainable, informed growth by maintaining strong fiscal discipline. We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic finance leader to join the Strategic Finance team, supporting our horizontal business lines. Serve as the primary finance partner to Credit, Capital, Product, and Investor Relations, representing Revenue Finance in key forums and driving alignment on performance and priorities.

Build and own assumption‑driven User and portfolio loan mix models by partnering cross‑functionally to validate inputs, pressure‑test key drivers, and ensure outputs reflect current business dynamics. Monitor performance against forecast across portfolio, user, and segment levels; synthesize key drivers including mix, credit, pricing, and commercial impacts. Provide decision support on strategic initiatives, evaluating trade‑offs and P&L; implications to inform business and investment decisions.

Equity Grade
