Responsibilities

- Build and lead a new team focused on CMHC-insured mortgage servicing.
- Provide expert guidance on CMHC mortgage administration processes and best practices.
- Design and implement efficient mortgage servicing solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure full compliance with CMHC and industry regulations.
- Develop training programs to enhance team expertise.

- Oversee a growing portfolio of commercial CMHC-insured mortgages, ensuring smooth administration.




- Mortgage Servicing – Oversee payments, escrow management, and investor reporting.
- Identify and mitigate portfolio risks.
- Maintain strong relationships with borrowers and investors.
- Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance to senior leadership.
- Continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Help shape team objectives and execute strategic plans.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in mortgage administration, with a focus on process improvement and compliance.
- Deep expertise in commercial real estate mortgage regulations, policies, and industry standards.
- Strong process development skills with a track record of creating and optimizing workflows.
- Professional and trustworthy, capable of building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
