Be the driving force behind unsecured lending strategy at Questrade. As the Product Director, leverage AI and backend platforms to enhance customer lending experiences in a hybrid environment. Questrade is looking for a visionary Director of Unsecured Lending who can design and execute a roadmap for our lending products.

This role combines technical expertise with strategic oversight, focusing on delivering efficient and compliant lending solutions. You will guide a skilled team while ensuring the products align with regulatory expectations and market needs. Key Responsibilities:

- Craft and implement product lifecycle strategies for lending
- Ensure financial stability and commercial success of portfolios
- Collaborate with Risk for automated decision-making frameworks




- Maintain regulatory compliance across lending products
- Build and develop a robust team of Product Managers Requirements:
- Over 8 years in product management, including 4+ in lending platforms
- Deep knowledge of Canadian credit protocols and regulations
- Proficient in credit decisioning and API development
- Background with specialized lending systems is preferred
- Experience interfacing with technical and product leaders Lead the evolution of lending products at Questrade and empower our teams to excel.
