As the business enters its next phase of expansion, they are creating a new senior leadership position to bring greater alignment and scale to their global rewards strategy.
The Global
Head of Total Rewards will have broad ownership across compensation, benefits, executive rewards and incentive programs, with the opportunity to shape the philosophy and infrastructure behind how the organization attracts, retains and rewards talent. This is a highly visible role that will work closely with senior People leadership, Finance and executive stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring both strategic perspective and enough technical depth to understand the mechanics behind complex rewards programs.
Lead the organization's equity and long-term incentive strategy. Provide strategic direction for retirement and savings programs across relevant markets. Develop frameworks for managing rewards consistently across different countries, employee populations and business functions.
Support the rewards implications of organizational growth, international expansion and corporate transactions. Provide senior leadership with clear analysis and recommendations on complex rewards decisions. Strong technical knowledge of compensation structures, incentive programs, equity and perks.
Experience within a publicly traded organization or another highly governed corporate environment. International experience working across multiple countries and employee populations. Exposure to organizations experiencing rapid growth, transformation or significant organizational change.
Strong understanding of market data, compensation benchmarking and pay competitiveness. Comfortable partnering with senior Finance, People and executive stakeholders. Strong communication skills, particularly when presenting sensitive or complicated compensation matters to senior audiences.
You are comfortable moving between strategy and detail — discussing executive compensation with senior leadership one day and reviewing the mechanics of a compensation framework the next. You also enjoy building. For the right leader, this represents an opportunity to have meaningful influence at the executive level while owning a broad and increasingly important area of the business.
