- Support individuals with dementia or disabilities by providing tailored care that respects their unique needs and preferences.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace by performing routine cleaning tasks and adhering to health and safety standards.
- Monitor health status by observing changes in condition, reporting concerns promptly to senior staff or healthcare professionals.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to foster a positive,



respectful atmosphere for residents or clients.

Skills

- Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home environments with a strong understanding of senior care principles.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or those requiring dementia care is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols.
- Excellent caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and active listening abilities.
- Ability to perform light cleaning, meal preparation, and other household tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, residents, families, and healthcare providers.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or care needs while maintaining a positive attitude.
