Personal Training Operations & Member Success
Corten Fitness — Oakville, Ontario
$80,000 – $110,000 + Performance Bonuses
Reporting to: General Manager / Ownership
Location: Corten Fitness — Oakville
Start Date: Flexible for the right person
Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000 + performance bonuses tied to trainer performance, recruiting, retention, and billable hours
Work Style: Full-time, in-person leadership role
This is your department to lead.
Corten isn't the average health club — and this isn't the average Personal Training leadership role. We are building something different.
Corten Fitness is a premium health and wellness destination bringing together Personal Training, Reformer Pilates, Boxing, functional training, recovery, Red Light Therapy, Contrast Therapy, and performance under one roof.
But what truly makes Corten different isn't the equipment, the facility, or the services we offer.
It's our culture.
We are a highly involved, entrepreneurial leadership team that believes in moving intentionally, developing great people, holding ourselves accountable, and continuously finding ways to improve the member experience.
You won't be buried beneath layers of corporate approvals or disconnected from the people making decisions. You'll work directly alongside our General Manager and ownership, have a voice in the direction of the department, and be expected to bring forward ideas, challenge existing processes, and help us build one of the strongest Personal Training departments in Ontario.
This is not a traditional Personal Trainer position.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants real ownership over a department, a team, and its results.
You will lead the Personal Training experience from the moment a member first explores coaching through their ongoing training journey. You'll develop trainers, drive department performance, oversee the PT sales process, improve retention, recruit exceptional talent, and create the systems and accountability needed for the department to grow.
We already have an incredible health centre, a strong team, and an ambitious vision.
What we're looking for is the person who wants to lead it.
If you thrive with autonomy, care deeply about people, aren't afraid of accountability, love developing others, and want your performance to directly impact both your income and your career — this is your seat.
What You'll Own
Personal Training Leadership & Culture

- Personal Training renewals
- Starting Point conversion
- Lead follow-up
- Member retention strategies

- Working alongside our membership sales team to maximize opportunities
- Identifying opportunities to grow PT participation throughout the club
You'll be expected to understand the numbers, know where opportunities exist, and take action when performance isn't where it needs to be. Department Performance & Operations
This isn't a role where you simply manage a schedule.
