About The Role

Your public health expertise is more valuable than ever — and not just in clinics or government agencies. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, safer, and more accurate AI models. We're looking for Masters-level public health professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI on the topics that matter most: disease outbreak response, health equity, biostatistics, and evidence-based policy.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role that lets you contribute to high-impact AI projects on your own schedule.

What You'll Do

- Design Complex Public Health Scenarios —
- Create challenging, real-world problems involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and statistical interpretation of clinical trial data
- Author Ground-Truth Solutions —
- Write rigorous, step-by-step responses that synthesize peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and current public health guidelines (CDC, WHO, and more)
- Audit AI Outputs —
- Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for accuracy, bias, logical consistency, and adherence to ethical standards
- Refine AI Reasoning —
- Provide structured feedback that helps AI models distinguish correlation from causation,



communicate health risks clearly, and serve diverse populations

Who You Are

- Holds a Master of Public Health (MPH), Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH), or a closely related graduate degree
- Solid foundational knowledge in at least two of the following: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy
- Able to translate complex health data into clear, culturally sensitive, and actionable written content
- Detail-oriented with a high standard for statistical accuracy, proper citation, and sound reasoning
- No prior AI experience required — we'll set you up for success

Nice to Have

- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or research review workflows
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Stata
- Background in health communication, clinical research coordination, or public health surveillance
