Whether rebuilding, repairing, or performing maintenance on our fleet of equipment, Mechanics are essential to our business—and quickly become our Drivers’ favorite people. What’s Required

Mechanics must have

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); technical diploma desired
- 1+ year experience as a Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic
- Relevant criteria for safety-sensitive functions according to Company standards
- Follow detailed instructions, work independently and maintain accurate records
- Willingness to operate any vehicle or equipment necessary to perform job
- Exert physical effort including pushing, pulling,



bending and lifting items up to 100 lbs.
- Use fine motor coordination with arm, hand, finger and leg dexterity
- Ability to kneel, crawl and climb
