We are seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various types of heavy machinery and a strong understanding of mechanical systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment on-site, contributing to the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities

- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, backhoes, cranes, and bulldozers to perform various tasks including digging, lifting, and moving materials.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to execute project plans effectively while adhering to safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any malfunctions or issues promptly.
- Assist in training new operators on protected equipment operation practices.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety and operational protocols.

Requirements

- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation,



particularly with loaders, backhoes, cranes, and bulldozers.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues with machinery.
- Valid commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery and farm machinery is a plus.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work.
