The Opportunity

This is a remote, independent contractor position with 100% commission-based compensation and no base salary.

Commission ranges from approximately $2,000 to $16,000 per closed sale, depending on the service sold, with no cap on earning potential.

You'll work with prospective clients, conduct virtual consultations, understand their needs, present our services and manage the sales process through closing.

What You'll Do

- Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients




- Build rapport and understand each client's needs
- Present and sell premium services
- Confidently handle questions and objections
- Follow up with prospects and manage your pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Close sales and earn commission on successful deals

Who We're Looking For

- Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills
- Confident, personable and persuasive
- Comfortable selling premium or high-ticket services
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Previous sales experience preferred
- High-ticket, luxury, recruitment, real estate, membership or service-based sales experience is a plus
