As the Program Coordinator, you will lead clients through their journey of recovery by fostering a supportive and structured setting. Engage with individuals directly and assist in their spiritual and emotional growth while facilitating recovery groups and developing personalized plans. Maintain communication with families to support each client's development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor clients through individual accountability
• Track progress and manage personalized recovery studies
• Facilitate recovery programs and group discussions




• Maintain family communication and support structures
• Document case notes and updates accurately
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is essential
• Background in social services or addiction recovery is a plus
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain organized under multiple demands
• Valid First Aid, CPR certifications, and driver’s license
