In this pivotal role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Business Transformation and Performance. Your primary focus will be on designing and refreshing learning content that aligns with OneCap's operational needs, utilizing your fluency in Articulate 360 for effective program delivery.
Key Responsibilities: • Create learning strategies to support organizational goals • Collaborate with key leaders and stakeholders on solutions • Assess and recommend delivery methods for training • Design and deliver creative learning programs • Facilitate engaging training sessions nationwide
Requirements: • At least 7 years in Learning & Development • Proficient in Articulate 360 suite • Strong presentation and training facilitation skills • Expertise in adult learning principles • Bilingual candidates (French and English) are preferred
