Reporting to the Director of Industry Impact & Development, this role offers an opportunity to actively contribute to workplace safety. You’ll consult with clients on safety programs, analyze incident data, and facilitate workshops to enhance organizational performance. Your expertise will promote a culture of safety across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety consultations to enhance client programs
• Present safety workshops and represent the organization at events
• Analyze safety statistics to guide client support




• Conduct in office assessments with actionable recommendations
• Stay updated on safety regulations and initiatives
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in health and safety
• A recognized safety designation is preferred
• Five or more years in project management
• Industry knowledge, especially in oil and gas, is a plus
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
