Outbound Sales Representative - Property Management & Co-op Housing

Canada Pro Roofing Inc. is looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to help grow our commercial and multi-residential client base across Ontario.

This role is focused on building relationships with property managers, cooperative housing coordinators, condominium managers, housing providers, and other multi-residential decision-makers.

What You'll Do

You'll proactively reach out to prospective clients by phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce Canada Pro Roofing and identify opportunities for services such as:

- Roof inspections and condition reports
- Roof repairs and preventative maintenance
- Full roof replacements
- Eavestrough and downspout cleaning
- Eavestrough replacement
- Ongoing property maintenance programs
- Budgetary pricing and capital planning assistance

The goal isn't simply to make calls - it's to build relationships, identify upcoming needs, and get Canada Pro Roofing in front of the right decision-makers when work needs to be quoted.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls and emails to property managers and housing organizations
- Develop relationships with key contacts and decision-makers
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients
- Identify current and upcoming roofing or exterior maintenance needs
- Schedule inspections, meetings, and quoting opportunities for our team
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and follow-ups
- Re-engage previous contacts and dormant opportunities




- Help expand Canada Pro Roofing's presence within the property management and cooperative housing sectors

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

- Comfortable making outbound calls and starting conversations
- Professional, personable, and confident communicating with property managers
- Persistent without being overly aggressive
- Organized and good at following up
- Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales targets
- Able to learn our services and confidently communicate what we offer

Previous experience in B2B sales, property management, construction, roofing, facilities management, or commercial services is an asset but not required.

Compensation

Hourly + performance-based bonuses

We want the compensation structure to reward more than just closed roofing contracts. Bonuses can be earned for generating qualified opportunities, inspections, quoting opportunities, current accounts, and ultimately new business.

There is significant opportunity for someone who can develop long-term relationships with property management companies and housing providers.
