This role involves comprehensive management of a $2 million budget. As a senior executive in the Woodland Wellness Centre, affiliated with the Lac La Ronge Indian Band, you will oversee program quality and clinical integrity while supporting a team of over 60 staff.

Your primary focus will be enhancing community wellness through holistic counselling and comprehensive aftercare strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure program quality and enhance addiction-free lifestyles
- Oversee day-to-day management of Wellness Centre operations
- Develop service delivery models in collaboration with partner agencies




- Prepare and deliver reports to the Board of Directors
- Direct the Addictions Management Information System (AMIS) reporting

Requirements:

- Degree in Addictions or Health-related field
- 5+ years in senior leadership within addictions
- Experience in budget management over $2 million
- Proficient in report writing and public speaking
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
