Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to an individual in home care environments. The ideal candidate will have a robust commitment to enhancing the well-being and independence of the client, with experience in senior care, disability support, dementia, or related fields. Duties

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Assist with medication reminders, following prescribed protocols and medical terminology guidelines

Qualifications

- First Aid and CPR Certifications
- Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Check
- Prior experience in senior care, home care,



or working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care and caregiving
- Certification or training in caregiving or related fields is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to providing excellent patient-centered support
