WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Greet every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Manage reservations and walk-ins to optimize table flow and minimize wait times
- Coordinate with servers, management, and the kitchen to keep service running smoothly
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information about the restaurant
- Keep the host stand and front entrance organized, clean, and guest-ready




- Support the team with opening/closing duties and during peak periods

WHO YOU ARE

- You have previous experience in a guest-facing role (hospitality experience is a bonus)
- You’re friendly, qualified, and confident interacting with all types of people
- You can multitask and stay calm in a busy, high-energy environment
- You’re comfortable with tech and learning reservation systems (OpenTable experience is a plus)
- You genuinely enjoy helping others and being part of a team
