What You’ll Be Doing As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our guests meet. You’ll help make their stay memorable while keeping the front desk running smoothly.

Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:

- Welcoming and registering arriving guests and assigning rooms.
- Processing group arrivals and departures.
- Taking, cancelling and modifying room reservations.
- Providing information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
- Sharing recommendations and general information about the Waterton area.
- Processing guest departures, calculating charges and receiving payments.




- Balancing cash and completing daily reports and related forms.
- Maintaining accurate records of vacancies, reservations and room assignments.
- Following emergency and safety procedures.
- Completing general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and other office tasks.
- Assisting guests with special needs and requests.
- Handling wake-up calls.
- Answering telephone calls and directing messages.
- Helping guests have a fantastic experience from check-in to check-out.

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for people who are friendly, dependable and ready to jump in and be part of the team.

- Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to read, write and communicate in English.
- A great eye for detail.
- Ability to stand, walk and crouch for extended periods.
- Previous customer service or front desk experience is an asset.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Most importantly, someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a fun, fast-paced hospitality environment.

Visa Requirements: Applicants must hold the proper work authorization to be legally eligible to work in Canada. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
