You’ll be the go-to professional for troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance across various hotel systems, contributing to a safe, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and staff.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and structural components.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues promptly to minimize guest disruptions and maintain operational efficiency.
- Use schematics and technical manuals to diagnose problems accurately and implement effective solutions.
- Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for building automation systems when necessary.
- Conduct welding repairs and mechanical work to address equipment or structural needs.
- Manage maintenance requests efficiently using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and schedules.
- Supervise or assist with small teams during maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections,



and preventive maintenance activities for compliance and future planning.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities meet safety standards and customer service expectations.

Skills

- Proven supervising or leadership experience in facilities or manufacturing maintenance environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
- Electrical experience including troubleshooting wiring, circuits, and control systems.
- Skilled in welding techniques for metal repairs and fabrication tasks.
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) used in building automation systems.
- Experience with CMMS software for managing maintenance workflows efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward guest satisfaction.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices within hospitality or manufacturing settings.
- Effective communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and vendors seamlessly.
