- Maintain a clean and presentable hotel lobby, public restrooms and hotel entranceway.

- Up-keep of all hallways, corridors, elevators, artwork and stairwells.

- Removal of all trash and other disposable objects from Hotel Front Desk/Offices area.

- Removal of all garbage and littler outside the property.

- Removal of all dirty linens as needed, including pool towels to be brought to laundry room.

- Delivery of guestroom amenities in a timely and productive manner, such as playpens, towels, blankets or rollaway beds, etc.

- Collect / return to storage all playpens, air beds and rollaway beds from check outs

- Help hotel Housekeeping staff with assigned duties when required.

- Clean and maintain the swimming pool area, fitness center and guest laundry room.

- Assist with shoveling/ snow blowing snow and salt outside Hotel walkways and steps as needed in winter, when maintenance is off duty.

- Take over the PM shift maintenance duties as needed. Report all maintenance beyond your control.

- Check quality of pool water every 2 hours and treat with proper chemicals when required.

- Turn lights out and secure doors in all meeting rooms during PM shift
