Make a difference as a Pickup Truck Driver for the National Diabetes Trust. This part-time position offers up to 29 hours of meaningful work collecting and delivering donations.
In your role, you will drive set routes to gather gently used clothing and household items from community members and charity bins. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will promote the organization's mission and adhere to safety regulations while driving. Your customer service skills will be key as you interact with donors to ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and deliver donations along designated routes
• Perform pre and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate daily logs and documentation




• Provide courteous service to all donors
• Return equipment and report on route discrepancies
Requirements:
• High school graduation or equivalent experience
• Valid Full Class 5 or G driver’s license
• At least 5 years of driving experience
• Ability to lift and handle weights up to 50 lbs
• Robust communication and organizational abilities
