• Lead the execution of age-appropriate educational programs
• Ensure compliance with Early Years Act and health standards
• Effectively interact with children, parents,



and governing agencies
• Handle record-keeping and documentation for accountability
• Step in as Supervisor when needed and manage room activities
Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR certification
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)
• Strong writing and documentation skills
• Dependable and flexible work ethic
