In this role, you will operate heavy machinery while ensuring compliance with Ledcor’s safety standards. Ideal candidates have over three years of experience with excavators, dozers, and graders, enabling quality and effective work on-site. Your focus on safety and productivity will be essential for meeting the project’s needs while working in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate excavators, dozers, and graders safely
• Perform loading, grading, and earthmoving tasks
• Complete daily equipment inspections and reports




• Support supervisors and teams in achieving production targets
• Remain vigilant of construction hazards during operations
Requirements:
• Minimum three years’ experience in heavy equipment operation
• Proven ability to use GPS machine control
• Robust commitment to safety and teamwork
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
• Completion of CSTS-2020 and Ground Disturbance Level 2
