Front Desk Agent Our Front Desk Agents are often the first and last friendly face our guests see. You’ll help create a great guest experience while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:

- Welcoming and registering arriving guests and assigning rooms.
- Processing group arrivals and departures.
- Taking, cancelling and modifying reservations.
- Providing information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
- Processing departures, calculating charges and receiving payments.
- Balancing cash and completing daily reports and related forms.
- Maintaining accurate records of vacancies, reservations and room assignments.
- Following emergency and safety procedures.
- Completing general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing.
- Assisting guests with special needs and requests.
- Handling wake-up calls.
- Answering and directing telephone calls and messages.




- Helping guests make the most of their stay in Canmore.

Housekeeper Our Housekeeping team plays a huge part in creating the clean, comfortable and welcoming spaces our guests come to enjoy.

Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:

- Cleaning guest rooms and suites.
- Dusting, vacuuming and making beds.
- Replacing linens, towels and guest amenities.
- Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens.
- Ensuring rooms meet our cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Assisting guests with linens and other amenities.
- Working as part of a team to keep our properties looking their best.

What We're Looking For We’re looking for dependable, hardworking people who take pride in what they do and enjoy being part of a team.
- Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team.
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk and crouch for extended periods.
- Previous housekeeping or customer service experience is an asset.
- Housekeeping experience is encouraged, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help out wherever needed.
