We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeping Controller to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance operations within our hospitality environment. Responsibilities

- Guest service: handling guest requests professionally and promptly.
- Organization: tracking multiple requests and ensuring nothing is missed.
- Follow-up: monitoring outstanding tasks until completion.
- Communication: coordinating with Housekeeping, Front Desk, Maintenance, and other departments.
- Multitasking:



prioritizing urgent requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills: maintaining accurate records and learning systems such as Quore.
- Attention to detail: keeping request statuses and shift information accurate.
- Teamwork: supporting Housekeeping Management and communicating effectively with employees.
- Professionalism: remaining friendly, calm, and helpful with guests and coworkers.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a rapid-paced hotel environment
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with hotel operations
- Experience with Quore, or ability to learn it quickly
- Professional, friendly, and helpful attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and different hotel departments
- Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is an asset.
