Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Houseman/Runner to join our agile hospitality team. In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness, organization, and smooth operation of our facility by performing a variety of custodial and support tasks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience, maintaining a pristine environment, and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations.

Duties

- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across guest areas, back-of-house spaces, and public zones to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Assist with hotel-related tasks such as delivering amenities, supplies, or guest requests promptly and professionally
- Support the maintenance team with light repairs or reporting maintenance issues to ensure a safe environment
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify cleanliness or safety concerns and address them proactively
- Handle various runner responsibilities including transporting linens, supplies, or equipment between departments efficiently




- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, hallways, lobbies, and other designated spaces using industrial cleaning techniques
- Support event setups or breakdowns as needed, ensuring all areas are prepared to meet operational standards

Experience

- Prior custodial or cleaning experience in a hotel, hospitality setting, or industrial environment preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards is advantageous
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and guest interaction
