We are hiring for potential to start now or closer to our busy season starting in May.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and presentation The Kiwi Motel and The Kiwi Cottages is known for. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a supportive, fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and prepare guest rooms between stays, including beds, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
- Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities
- Laundry as needed
- Clean and maintain common areas and outdoor spaces as needed
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly
- Follow established cleaning checklists, schedules, and safety procedures




- Work efficiently to meet turnover timelines while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties (standing, lifting, bending)
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
