Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery.

- Follow standard operating procedures and workplace safety guidelines.

- Assist with production activities to meet daily targets and deadlines.

- Inspect products to ensure they meet required quality standards.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

- Report equipment faults, production issues, and safety concerns to supervisors.





- Work effectively with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Executive/HR & Admin Officer in a manufacturing company.

- Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.

- Robust administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and general HR administration

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems is an added advantage.
