site‑specific security requirements and the environmental plan - Monitor and audit trade partner HSE performance - Participate in on‑site investigative processes and provide recommendations for and evaluate corrective actions taken - Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders - Supervise, coach, train and mentor HSE Coordinators and other employees Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field - Holds safety designation - 7 years’ experience in a health and safety role in a related industry; 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role is an asset - Strong working knowledge of applicable OH&S; and environmental legislation and HSE processes - Conflict resolution skills, with the ability to problem‑solve - Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills - Ability to develop, influence, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships - Strong working knowledge of construction processes and terminology - Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone belongs.
