As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate with leaders to optimize workforce performance and ensure compliance with regulations. - Collaborate on talent needs and organizational changes
- Facilitate compensation analysis and benchmarking

- 8 years of HR experience with at least 5 in strategic roles
- Strong grasp of Canadian and U.S. employment laws
