What You'll Do

- Partner with leaders and managers on employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation, and engagement initiatives
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
- Provide guidance on policies, employment legislation, and HR best practices
- Support HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Drive process improvements, HR projects, and change management initiatives
- Foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP, HR Advisor, or HR Generalist role




- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a dynamic workplace
- CPHR or SHRM-CP designation preferred
- Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills
- Experience with HRIS (Bamboo HR), ATS, and payroll systems
