People & Culture Generalist (HR Generalist)

Position Overview The company is seeking a People & Culture Generalist to join its growing Human Resources team in Aurora, ON . This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, building relationships, and supporting employees in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, partnering with leadership and employees, and helping develop scalable people practices as the organization continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes to attract, hire, and successfully integrate new employees.
- Employee Relations & HR Support:



Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on workplace matters, policies, and employee relations issues.
- HR Administration & Systems: Maintain accurate employee records, support HR processes, and assist with HRIS administration and reporting.
- Policies, Compliance & Best Practices: Help implement HR policies and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company standards.
- Performance Management & Development: Support performance reviews, employee development initiatives, and training programs.
- Culture & Engagement: Promote employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

Must Haves

- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience supporting HR functions within a growing or multi-location organization.
- CHRP or CHRL designation (or actively working toward certification).
